Michael Schlamb, CIC
Mr. Schlamb graduated from Wright State University with a degree in marketing. After completing an internship with the agency during his senior year, Mr. Schlamb joined the agency full time. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselors degree in 1993.

Mr. Schlamb acquired one third of the stock in the corporation, when Mr. Booher sold the agency and serves as the Secretary/Treasurer, and manager of our Greenville office.

Mr. Schlamb has served as president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Darke County and has served many times as a coach for the SAY Soccer program of Darke County.

Chad Kreitzer, CIC
Mr. Kreitzer graduated from Wright State University in 1991 with a degree in Management Information Systems. After completing an internship with the agency during his senior year, Mr. Kreitzer joined the agency full time. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselors Degree in 1997.

Mr. Kreitzer also acquired one third of the stock in the corporation, when Mr. Booher sold the agency and serves as Vice President of the company.

Mr. Kreitzer is a past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Darke County and served as a board member of the agent’s advisory board for Ohio Mutual Insurance Group in Bucyrus, Ohio, 2004-2005 and chairman of the board 2006. Mr. Kreitzer also served as the 7th grade boys basketball coach at Franklin Monroe High School from 1999-2003.

Mr. Kreitzer was also listed in the 2005 Manchester’s edition of the Who’s Who Among Young Business Leaders.

Chad Booher, CIC
Mr. Booher graduated from Wright State University in 1994 with a degree in Economics. Mr. Booher also joined the agency after having completed an internship during his senior year. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselors Degree in 1999.

Mr. Chad Booher also acquired one third of the stock in the corporation, when Mr. Tim Booher sold the agency and serves as President of the company.
Mr. Booher is a past Vice President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Darke County and has served numerous terms as the Pitsburg Lions Club president. Mr. Booher has also served many times as a coach for the SAY Soccer program of Darke County and a coach of the Pitsburg Little League Association.

Timothy J. Booher, CIC
Mr. Booher received his degree in Business Management from Wright State University in 1973. In 1984 he received his Certified Insurance Counselors designation.

Mr. Booher is a past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Darke County as well as a past member of the Professional Ins. Agents of Ohio’s Certified Insurance Counselors Education Committee. Mr. Booher is a member of the Darke County Education Service Center Board. He has served three terms as President of Pitsburg Lions Club and has served on the Agents Advisory Boards of several insurance companies.

Mr. Booher was also listed in the 1992 edition of Who’s Who Among Rising Young Americans.

Mike Schlamb, Chad Kreitzer, and Chad Booher are also owners of RJ Warner, LLC in Troy, Ohio.
